The mother and three children who tragically died in the Bootle house fire have been named as their family paid tribute to them.
Elisha Brabin, 36, Leo Brabin, 16, Ellis Brabin, 8 and Prudence Brabin, 7, died yesterday following the fire on Stone Square, in Bootle.
Their family members paid a heartfelt tributed, describing their loss as "devastating".
They said: "Our whole family is devastated by the loss of Elisha, Leo, Ellis and Prudence.
"Elisha was our beloved daughter, wife, mother, sister, aunty, niece and cousin. She was a devoted and loving mother who lived for her children. They were her whole world, and she meant everything to us.
"Our beautiful babies, Leo, Ellis and Prudence, were loved beyond measure and brought so much joy, happiness and love to our family. They filled our lives with laughter and precious memories that we will cherish forever.
"The tragic loss of Elisha and our three precious children has left us heartbroken. They have all been taken from us far too soon. The loss we are experiencing is unimaginable, and the impact on our family will be felt forever."
They family requested privacy during this time, adding: "As we try to come to terms with this devastating tragedy, we kindly ask that our family's privacy is respected whilst we grieve and support one another through this incredibly difficult time.
"We would like to thank everyone for their kindness, support and understanding."
A GoFundMe page has been set up for the family and has raised over £5,000.
Neighbour Loti Nambombe, who set up the fundraiser, said: "Everybody just wants to do something to help, that’s our duty as neighbours and as a community."
He said the funds will go towards funeral costs and anything else the family may need.

Mr Nambombe, who is looking after the family's dog following the fire, said residents came out of their homes after hearing screaming when the fire broke out.
He said: "Some of the guys here are real heroes. They were trying to run in, get ladders or smash windows to get people out. People nearly risked their own lives to try and help."
Flowers, cards and toys have been placed at the scene to pay tribute to the family.
One card wrote: "God bless you all. Heartbroken to hear about the devastating fire."
Another said: "Sleep tight. Forever in our hearts."
Merseyside Fire and Rescue said yesterday crews were dispatched to a blaze at a semi-detached house in Stone Square around 3.45am.
Chief Fire Officer Nick Searle confirmed four people had died, with another person in hospital.
He described the fire "spread very rapidly" and was "intense".
The fire service confirmed Elisha, Leo, Ellis and Prudence were found in an upstairs bedroom of the house.
A fifth casualty is understood to still be in hospital, suffering from burns.
Merseyside Police said an investigation is underway to establish what caused the fire.
