‘He’s trashed the Royal Family!’ Suzanne Evans defends Donald Trump’s Prince Harry vow

Donald Trump is right to criticise Prince Harry and the Duke should be fearful of his US status, according to political commentator Suzanne Evans.

The former US President said the Duke will be “on his own” if he wins a second term this year.

Lashing out at Harry’s “unforgivable” betrayal of Queen Elizabeth II, Trump suggested the Duke’s immigration status could be in jeopardy if he comes to power again.

It comes amid a legal dispute by the Heritage Foundation, a conservative think tank, which argues he cannot legally have entered the US because he admitted to taking illegal drugs in his memoir, Spare.

Taking illegal drugs has previously resulted in some foreign citizens not being able to travel to the US.

Speaking on GB News, Suzanne Evans said Harry should be kicked out of the country as she accused him of “trashing” the Royal Family.

“He’s been running our country down”, she said.

“He’s trashed the Royal Family. Sour grapes doesn’t come close to what we’re seeing from Prince Harry.

“He’s now embroiled in this legal case which argues he cannot stay in the US after he admitted to taking drugs.

“Of course, for anyone else in America, they would be turfed out of the country and not allowed in. I think there is a good argument here, why is Harry allowed to stay there?

“Perhaps everyone else who has confessed to taking drugs now has a good argument to being let in.”

GB News’ Senior Political Commentator Nigel Nelson argued Harry’s visa matters should be kept private.

“If the rules are you keep your application private, I think it’s quite right it is kept private”, he said.

“When it comes to the drugs, there is a waiver on the visa you can admit to taking drugs and you ask for the waiver. For all we know, he did that.”

“The one thing I would be surprised about is Harry admitting to taking drugs in the book knowing it would jeopardise his stay in America.”

The Duke of Sussex has been in the US with his wife, Meghan Markle, since stepping back from royal duties in 2020.
